Random Shop + Set Collection
Cards flip to reveal the day’s outfits.
Buying a piece opens the set card, fills the collection progress, and plays a reward burst when the set is complete.
The set card in Unreal, three versions: a plain tilt-in first, then a full burst of light and confetti, then the calmer one that shipped.
Icons + Micro-interactions
Small states that repeat across the game: item hand-in, progress, and loading.
Friends Charge-Up + Starlight Bonus
When friends play together, a ring of light charges around the player.
The HUD badge then shows the bonus and confirms it has refreshed.
Friends + Profile Card
Motion for the friends list, friend requests, and the player profile card.
Personal Name Card Draw
A web event page where players draw their own name card from a little card machine.
Earlier versions of the machine loop: all drawers flashing at once, then one drawer at a time, then lighting top to bottom.
Built in Unreal Engine
I animated these directly in Unreal’s UMG editor, keyframing each widget on the timeline and adding particle effects, so the motion ships in the game exactly as designed.
Event Page Entries
Each limited-time event page has its own looping entrance, so the hub feels alive as players move between events.
Season 1 Hub
The season hub page for Season 1, the first thing players see when the season opens.

How it was made
In the Unreal Editor
Screen recordings of me building these in Unreal’s UMG editor: laying out each widget, then keying it on the animation timeline.
