Work Process

The Problem

Ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, downtown Atlanta needed wayfinding and information services that could scale to a global influx of visitors, while staying easy for the city to run and maintain.

The System

We designed a two-part product: interactive digital kiosks plus a human-centered info booth, unified by a single visual language and a service blueprint so visitors, ambassadors, and maintenance teams stay aligned.

It is built on human-centered design and sustainable operations, so the system works for the event and can grow with the city.

My Role

On a cross-functional team, I owned the screen motion language and 3D product visuals: UI motion, transitions, and animated iconography, plus 3D assets and scene looks, working with UX and visual design to keep the interface clear, accessible, and on-brand.

I also handled render specs, performance, and handoff for implementation, so the physical and digital pieces shipped as one cohesive experience.
